Before we get to how to actually create your own chatbot, let’s take some time to discuss all the metrics and names that you will encounter in the Chatbots section of the app.

The Chatbots section can be found on the left side of the app, right below the Dashboard. Click on it and let’s get started!
The Chatbots overview
This is what you will be presented with. Let’s go through everything, step by step.

Top part:

- Create New allows you to create a new chatbot. More on that in the next section
- The Dates section allows you to choose a date range for which the metrics will then be displayed
- Device allows you to filter your metrics by device, meaning desktop, mobile or any
Middle section:
Each row here represents an individual chatbot.

- The top left Active dropdown allows you to filter between active and archived chatbots
- Next to that you can search for a specific chatbot by entering its name
