This part of the settings is mostly about what the users see in the chat, ranging from avatar images to colors.
It includes:
- Channel Name: your Chatchamp account can hold multiple channels (e.g. for different country subdomains).
- A link that allows you to test your default chatbot
- A slug for the test link
- The option to enable and disable the Chat
- Header: the header that will be displayed at the top of the chat widget (usually the name of the avatar)
- Avatar Name: the name that will be displayed below messages of the bot (leave it empty to hide the sender name)
- Avatar Image: the image of the avatar shown in the chat (100 x 100 px)
- Pulsate Chat Widget: when this is activated, the chat bubble on your website will pulsate, helping draw attention to it
- Animated Avatar Image (URL):
- Logo: your company logo, displayed in the chat
- Header Font: the font you want to use for your header
- Header Description: the description displayed under the avatar name
- Color: the primary color of the chat in hexadecimal
- Custom CSS: here you may enter custom CSS to further change the look of your chatbot
- Privacy Policy URL: enter the URL of your privacy policy page here
