• It needs to be switched on and the visibility settings need to match the path/url.
• The trigger needs to be triggered:
  • immediately: The welcome message will show immediately.
  • on exit: The welcome message will show when the user exists the window.
  • time passed: The welcome message will show after a specified amount of seconds.
  • percent scrolled: The welcome message will show when the user has reached a certain percentage of the page by scrolling.
• Welcome messages will not be shown for 24 hours once a chatbot has been started.
• Welcome messages will not be shown for 24 hours if the user has actively closed one.
